At Evolution Physical Therapy, our mission is to provide a different Physical Therapy care that meets patients where they are: in their living room, in a hotel, at the gym, while riding the bus, wherever.
That's right, our services are 100% telehealth which means no more drives to the clinic and no more sitting in waiting rooms. In addition to our telehealth PT appointments, we use the latest digital technologies to bring your exercises, care plans, and recommendations literally into the palm of your hands via your smart-phone or computer.
Telehealth Physical Therapy is just like traditional PT in the clinic and is regulated by state boards. Currently we are licensed in Minnesota and Florida which means we can only see patients via telehealth calls who are
located in these states.

The name "E-volution" is intentional. We are a Physical Therapy service delivered Electronically. This includes telehealth visits with our Physical Therapists and your own patient app and personalized exercise programing. Through our technology we are able to evaluate your movement patterns through computer vision and provide you with a "PT in your pocket". We're always ready when you are!
